Dr. Carrie Madej, DO is a Internal Medicine Specialist in McDonough, GA and has over 19 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated from Kansas City Univ Of Medicine Bioscience College Of Osteopathic Medicine medical school in 2001. She is affiliated with medical facilities Piedmont Fayette Hospital and Southern Regional Medical Center. Technocracy and Transhumanism have always been joined at the hip. Technocracy uses its “science of social engineering” to merge technology and society. Transhumanism uses its field of NBIC to merge technology directly into humans.
To put it another way, Technocracy is to society what Transhumanism is to the humans that live in it.
Transhumanism as a philosophy has been growing for centuries, but only in the metaphysical realm. Its ultimate goal is for humans to escape death and live forever in a state of immortality. With the advancement of science in the last 30 years, Transhumans naturally migrated from the metaphysical to the physical in order to convert their beliefs into reality.
Crackpot, you say? Be careful what you ridicule because both Technocracy and Transhumanism are in control of the course of human history at this very moment. As I have written extensively about both for many years, this has been brewing for a very long time.
NBIC stands for Nano (nano-technology), Bio (bio-technology), Info (information technology) and Cogno (cognitive sciences). These four scientific disciplines remained separate avenues of study in Universities around the world until the early 1970s. Today, NBIC has become an established discipline of its own in most major universities with personnel contributed from each separate department.
Why NBIC? Because the underlying language of each field is digital in nature. Genetics (DNA, RNA) is expressed in digital terms. The brain (Cogno) is considered digital, like a biological supercomputer. Nanotechnology is digital as scientists discover how to manipulate matter itself with computer technology.
All together, NBIC offers a scientific cauldron to Transhumans in their quest to create Humans 2.0.
When NBIC is understood, it is no surprise that Technocrat Elon Musk founded Neuralink. Musk’s reality is to connect computing technology (Info) directly into the brain (Bio) using microscopic threads (Nano) that are sewn into the skull. This is technology that grew out of the science of NBIC.
It’s also no wonder that the upcoming vaccine for COVID-19 being produced by Moderna is also using NBIC science to accomplish a merging of the human body with advanced technology. The Trump Administration has contracted with Moderna to deliver 100 million doses of its investigational vaccine, ostensibly to be kitted and transported to the nation by the U.S. Military.
Moderna’s vaccine has modified RNA (Bio), the precursor to the formation of DNA, to be delivered with micro-needles (Nano) in order place the vaccine plus permanent digital markers into the skin that are encoded with digital information (Info). According to its website,
Messenger RNA, or mRNA, plays a fundamental role in human biology, transferring the instructions stored in DNA to make the proteins required in every living cell. Our approach is to use mRNA medicines to instruct a patient’s own cells to produce proteins that could prevent, treat, or cure disease.
In the video attached, Dr. Carrie Madej gives a medical perspective on Moderna’s upcoming vaccine and the fact that it is Transhuman agenda driving it. Note that the name Moderna is a contraction of “Mod” and “RNA”.
Researchers at Moderna hot wired this process by packing their vaccine with mRNA, the genetic material that comes from DNA and makes proteins. Moderna’s idea is to load its coronavirus vaccine with mRNA that codes for the right coronavirus proteins and then inject that into the body. Immune cells in the lymph can process that mRNA and start making the protein in just the right way for other immune cells to recognize them so they can mount a response against an actual viral infection. Dr. Stephen Hoge, president of Moderna, explains that “mRNA is really like a software molecule in biology.” “So our vaccine is like the software program to the body, which then goes and makes the [viral] proteins that can generate an immune response.” (emphasis added)
It is also noteworthy that Moderna’s “Strategic Collaborators” include the Pentagon’s DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency), its civilian counterpart, BARDA (Biomedical Advanced Research and Development) and the non-governmental Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
Independently, the Gates Foundation funded the development of the so-called “Quantum Dot Tattoo” technology at MIT that could track who had received the vaccination or not.
The point of this article is to raise awareness of the joint goals of Technocracy and Transhumanism, and to show the connections between both. Technocrats are driving the pandemic as the “Great Panic of 2020” to shut down the global economy to make way for the Great Reset into Sustainable Development, aka Technocracy. Transhumans are piggybacking their own goals on to the pandemic to trigger Humans 2.0.
To repeat my statement above, “Technocracy is to society what Transhumanism is to the humans that live in it.” Both are extremely dangerous for all of humankind and must be rejected before it is too late to stop them.

Researchers are now able to intervene and modify the chain of our own DNA. This would make it possible to “correct” birth defects to cure congenital diseases.
In mid-October, a French researcher was awarded the Nobel Prize in chemistry for her work in this field. A technology in itself is neutral. It all depends on who uses it and for what purposes. With the Elite controlling all aspects of our society for their own interests, one must have great faith, even naivety, in the orientation / use of these discoveries. Especially when their avowed ultimate goal is the massive reduction of the world population = the eternal resting place of these “usless eaters” (useless / non-productive eaters). Which brings us to our document of the week.
Dr Carrie Madej, ran 2 clinics in Atlanta. Before summarizing the main part of this video interview, we will come back to a point she made at the beginning.
She explains that when she was a medical student, she asked her teacher about the usefulness of the tetanus vaccine in countries in Latin America, when this disease hardly existed in the world – especially when the vaccine was given only to women of childbearing age – not to young girls, not to elderly women and especially not to men. His teacher explained to him that it was a policy of limiting births, but better to keep it to yourself. And the “Center for Disease Control”, approved it.
Then Carrie talks about two meetings held in Atlanta in 2014 on the future of medicine and humanity (ie. transhumanism) and the need to put Atlanta at the forefront of medical evolution. Doctors from all over the world were involved and it was especially the keynote speaker who struck her. This doctor explained that he had found a way to modify the human genome and therefore he had patented his discovery, with the right to property on our own DNA. Since it is synthetic DNA, it is in a way GMO DNA that we introduce into our bodies. And with this patent he became as powerful as God, having the right of life or death over humanity. You have to think that Lucifer was giving him the bottle in his cradle.
She wondered about the ultimate use of this technology for a few years. It was with the arrival of RFID nano-chips and smartphones that she understood that they could be used to control and modify our DNA remotely at will. The shadow of Bill Gates is not far away!
Then she explains that during trials on a vaccine (influenza or H1N1) from the firm Moderna, 80% of people in the test group, small dosage, had systemic reactions and 100% in the test group, large dosage.
Incidentally, it should be noted that a law was passed in the US in 1986 which exonerates all large pharmaceutical companies from prosecution for damage that their vaccines could cause.

When I fell victim to these UN-Constitutional acts, the hateful Patriot Acts, I had nothing to hide and was doing nothing wrong both on and offline. Still, extremely criminal secret service members and their hired contractors, behind the scenes, hacked into my computer and emails before my very eyes, less than two weeks till a much awaited (7 1/2 years) settlement conference.
My husband was killed, sent to his death, and he died horridly, going down in global history as the sickest, most injured human being to survive the catastrophic injuries that he died (less than 5-8%, downgraded to 1-3%) at Maryland’s Shock Trauma, at a military industrial (Wall Street Owned JP Morgan) complex. They used the Patriot acts to come after me.
Bethlehem Steel of Baltimore Co., MD, where he was killed (they refused to touch him as he laid there w/his arm in the air for someone to hold his hand) as I was informed they didn’t want to get their hands dirty (legally).. hired one of the top law firms in the nation, out of Washington, DC, Whiting Taylor and Preston. Their own depositioners whom investigated me early in the case said no court int he land would turn me down.
I’m now a victim of these horrific acts.
Please, pass these bills so I can get my life back. The US government, DOD CIA, vilified me, chased me from my bank till I was broke, chased me from my home, detectives told me it was a nation of traitors to my Constitution and Bill of Rights and they’re using highly advanced weaponized technologies. I’ve suffered great losses I will not go into here. The FBI didn’t care to help me, rather laughed at me even recently. We can not function with a nation of traitors to our Constitution. Its impossible.
In an effort to combat Big Pharma Corporate Media and Big Tech censorship, doctors around the world are frantically trying to warn the masses of the devastating effects of the experimental COVID vaccines about to be mass injected into the unsuspecting public assisted by military forces around the world.

So why are they doing this?
Because they are doctors and scientists who actually understand the REAL science here, and who know the devastating potential consequences of those who choose to get this very toxic and dangerous vaccine, and they are trying to save as many people as possible from the carnage this vaccine is going to cause, which will include DEATH, brain injuries, life-long autoimmune disease, infertility, and more.
